Perma Rite #14 is a water-based adhesive containing small polymer particles with a 60% solid content, resulting in a very pliable yet stable product. It is easy to apply and delivers a successful bonding experience on full lace, skin, or combination lace/skin hair systems. This unique formula provides a safe, hypoallergenic, non-carcinogenic, and non-irritating option that exceeds bonding expectations.
