Performaxx AdMatte is a strong, long-wear double-sided adhesive tape designed for semi-permanent attachment of wigs and hair replacement systems.

B Contour – 25 Pieces
A pre-cut curved shape designed to follow rounded areas of the hair-system perimeter. The B contour can reduce the amount of cutting and shaping needed during application.
D Contour – 25 Pieces
A different pre-cut curve that may fit other sections of the hair-system perimeter more naturally. Choose the contour that best matches your base and desired attachment area.

How to Apply
For polyurethane attachment areas:

Clean the hair system thoroughly.

Wipe the polyurethane perimeter with 99% alcohol and allow it to dry completely.

Select the B or D contour that best follows the area being attached.

Trim the tape if needed to better match the shape of the hair system.

Remove the protective backing from one side and apply the tape to the polyurethane perimeter.

Press the tape firmly onto the base.

Remove the remaining protective backing.

Carefully position the hair system on the head.

Apply light pressure for several seconds.
Body heat helps activate and strengthen the adhesive.
Using Multiple Pieces
Contour pieces may be positioned around the front, sides, or back of the hair system as needed.
It is not necessary to overlap the tape. Several properly positioned pieces can provide secure attachment while allowing the tape to conform naturally to the shape of the system.
Removal
For easier removal from the scalp, rinse or cool the attachment area with cold water, then gently lift the hair system.
To remove AdMatte from polyurethane, wet your fingers with cold water and gently roll the tape away from the base.
For delicate lace fronts, use an appropriate lace-safe release product to help protect the lace during removal.
Wear Time
AdMatte is designed for extended wear and can provide up to approximately 3 weeks of hold.
Actual wear time will vary depending on skin chemistry, scalp oils, activity level, climate, washing frequency, base material, and application technique.
